Adding Columns to Manage Users

Sarah Paterson -

Within the Manage Users section of the site there are default columns available that show details on each user. The columns are explained in further details in the Manage Users Overview documentation.

You may also wish to add more columns to your Manage Users table in order to view more in depth details on each user or even remove some of the current columns if they are not relevant to your process in the site.

Below is a list on the column options available in this section.

Metadata

This section of columns will display all of the User Metadata fields created in your site. For more information on Metadata please see: Understanding Metadata

Please note that if you have a large number of columns in this table it can potentially slow down the speed in which the page loads. This is because the site will be trying to pull a large amount of information for each user in order to load each page.
