How to add Google Analytics

Sarah Paterson -

The following article will outline how to add Google Analytics to your FluidReview site in order to be able to track your users activity and gain more insight on the users that are entering your site.

In this Article...

Adding your Google Analytics ID

In order to track your site using Google Analytics you will need to add your Google Analytics ID to the site. To add your ID:

  1. Go to Edit your Site.
  2. Go to The Basics.
  3. Go to Fancy Stuff.
  4. Enter the Tracking ID that has been provided to you by Google Analytics into the field Google Analytics ID.
  5. Click Save.

NOTE: Upon adding the the Google Analytics ID to Fancy Stuff your tracking code will automatically be inserted into all pages of the site. The reason for this being because FluidReview has a tracking code that it owns that is always inserted into all sites. Once you put your own GA tracking code into the Basics, then that code gets inserted into all pages as well.
