How to Manually Show a Task to an Applicant

To show a task, the submission must be in the same stage as the task. If you show a task that is assigned to a different award, it will only show that particular task to that particular applicant for that particular submission.

To show a task to an applicant:

  1. Go to Manage your Site.
  2. Click the name of the applicant group you want to manage.
  3. Select the submissions you would like to show tasks for.
  4. Click on the Task Actions drop down
  5. Find the task you wish to show
  6. Click Show Task
