The reviewers tab is found in the General Settings of the site.The reviewer tab allows you to configure the reviewers settings. To access this tab:

  1. Click Configure your site
  2. Click General Settings
  3. Click Reviewers

Reviewers

Applicant anonymity: This option will make applicants anonymous to reviewers. 

Reviewer anonymity: This option will make reviewers anonymous to applicants. 

Visible attachments: This option will allow reviewers to see additional uploaded attachments on submissions. 

Self reviewing: If a reviewer is also an applicant, this option will dictate whether or not they can review their own application. 

Edit completed rankings: Disabling this option will prevent a reviewer from editing a completed ranking. 

Enable Versioning: Allow reviewers to see previous versions of their ranking forms and uploads.

Reviewer notes: Enabling this option will allow reviewers to leave notes for one another on submissions. 

Visible rankings: Disabling this option will hide a reviewer's rankings from themselves. This is useful when you do not want your reviewers to see the scores associated with your ranking forms. 

Visible reference material: Disabling this option will hide all submission data from a reviewer. 

Ranking downloads: This option will allow reviewers to download all of their submitted rankings associated with their assignments. 

Category filtering: This option will allow your reviewers to filter their assignments by group and category. This will only apply if a reviewer has assignments across multiple groups or categories. 

Administrative contact: This option will allow your reviewers to email the contest administrator from their dashboard. 

Enable Side by Side Ranking: This option will allow your reviewers to use our 'side-by-side' view.

Show Z-scores in the rankings viewer: This option will show reviewers' Z-Scores in their rankings pages.

Qualitative Review: This option gives reviewers the ability to give a general yes/no about an applicant, and see what other reviewers have said. 

Auto-team redirect: Automatically redirect reviewers to the first team in their list.

Hide team members: This option will remove the team member list from the reviewer interface.

Score summary: Include a summary chart of a reviewer's scores at the end of a downloaded ranking PDF.

 

Result sharing

This option will allow reviewers to see the rankings of other reviewers on the site. The available options are:

  • Everyone's
  • Same Group
  • Same Team
  • Only their own

 

Pipeline

The pipeline allows reviewers to see applications assigned to them which are not yet reviewable. The options for pipeline set who can see these applications through the pipeline.

 

A Little Extra

This section allows you to configure your site to show four extra pieces of information about submissions within their dashboard.
